The Junior Account Manager supports client relationships, manages product details, processes orders, tracks timelines, and ensures customer satisfaction.

Work on the compounding team to weigh, mix, heat/cool, blend, and transfer personal-care product batches. Operate and learn compounding equipment, complete batch records and labels, collect samples, monitor quality, clean and sanitize equipment, and follow safety and procedural instructions.

Design, program, install, troubleshoot, and support PLCs, HMIs, robots, vision, conveyors, and industrial control systems to improve production uptime, reliability, safety, and efficiency. Lead integrations, root-cause analysis, preventive maintenance planning, documentation, and training; coordinate with production, maintenance, vendors, and integrators on installations, commissioning, and urgent repairs.
