Lead supply chain operations for a personal care contract manufacturer by managing procurement, inbound logistics, buyers, purchase orders, and supplier relationships. Manage purchasing and material planning for raw materials and packaging components supporting manufacturing production. Responsibilities include reviewing schedules and inventory, issuing and tracking purchase orders, coordinating suppliers and logistics, negotiating terms, preventing shortages, maintaining ERP and inventory accuracy, supporting new products and quality controls, and coaching team members. The role also monitors supplier performance, material readiness, purchasing accuracy, and cost savings across office, warehouse, and production environments.

Design, program, install, troubleshoot, and support PLCs, HMIs, robots, vision, conveyors, and industrial control systems to improve production uptime, reliability, safety, and efficiency. Lead integrations, root-cause analysis, preventive maintenance planning, documentation, and training; coordinate with production, maintenance, vendors, and integrators on installations, commissioning, and urgent repairs.
