Leads student culture across K-8, including positive behavior systems, incentives, discipline, attendance, student support plans, family communication, safety protocols, and supervision. The Dean collaborates with teachers, administrators, families, and support teams; participates in SST and IEP processes; manages conduct data and records; facilitates teacher professional development; and promotes students’ academic, social, and emotional success.

Supports elementary students with diverse learning, behavioral, academic, physical, and personal-care needs. Assists with classroom lessons, IEP strategies, therapy programs, meals, hygiene, toileting, monitoring, progress tracking, and family communication. Collaborates with teachers and school staff to maintain safe, inclusive learning environments and support student development. The role is full-time during the academic year, with possible occasional evening or weekend commitments.
