Provide enrollment assistance and public education for Medicaid, CHIP, SNAP, HIP, and Marketplace programs. Schedule appointments, conduct outreach and in-reach, help with applications, re-determinations, life-event updates, appeals, and referrals. Attend outreach events and support consumers through appeals and certification processes while maintaining required certifications and compliance.

Provide breastfeeding coordination and support for WIC clients across multiple Indiana counties: deliver evidence-based education, train and supervise local staff, manage breastfeeding supplies and data, conduct community outreach, maintain protocols and INWIC MIS documentation, and collaborate with community partners to promote breastfeeding.

Supervise and provide clinical oversight for a behavioral health service line: review treatment plans and progress notes, provide individual and group supervision, complete intakes and emergency evaluations, assign caseloads, monitor staff performance and schedules, assist with audits and referral relationships, and provide direct patient care as needed.
