Provides clinical supervision to licensed and associate mental health clinicians, monitors client care and treatment planning, audits documentation, ensures ethical and regulatory compliance, and supports supervisee development. Manages performance evaluations, coaching, corrective actions, supervisory records, and quality assurance processes while collaborating with administration, intake, HR, and leadership.
