Manages Solution Architects, ERP modernization, technology roadmaps, vendors, project governance, data governance, Power BI reporting, and cross-functional stakeholder relationships. The role requires strong executive communication, manufacturing systems expertise, and experience delivering enterprise technology transformations.

Manages MeriCal’s hybrid infrastructure environment, including networks, cloud, servers, endpoints, telecommunications, cybersecurity, and business continuity. Oversees the managed service provider, vendor relationships, procurement support, service delivery, infrastructure projects, cybersecurity remediation, disaster recovery, documentation, and governance. Partners with manufacturing, warehouse, supply chain, quality, facilities, and business teams to ensure reliable technology operations across multiple sites.
