The Neuron Whisperer will establish and execute neuron culture methods, optimize protocols, collaborate with teams, and provide input on research design and workflows.

Coordinate IACUC protocol submission, review, amendments, renewals, meetings, inspections, and post-approval monitoring. Maintain electronic protocol records, SOPs, training, and compliance documentation. Support veterinarians, researchers, and committee workflows while building scalable processes and troubleshooting protocol management systems.

The Senior Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting for technical and scientific roles at Merge Labs, partnering with hiring managers and sourcing passive candidates in competitive markets.
