Register and assign rooms, handle reservations and payments, assist guests with requests, train and verify front desk agents, coordinate with other departments, maintain records and secure keys, ensure safety and adherence to policies, and perform related duties.

Supervise front- and back-of-house bistro operations, train and manage staff, ensure food quality and compliance, handle inventory and recordkeeping, manage catered functions, control labor costs, uphold brand standards, resolve guest complaints, and maintain cleanliness and safety.

Clean and maintain hotel public areas, stock linen, assist Front Desk and Housekeeping, report maintenance/damage, deliver guest items, set up/tear down meeting rooms, move furniture, and follow safety and attendance standards.
