Leads Mercy Street’s Development Department and oversees comprehensive fundraising strategy, revenue goals, major gifts, grants, annual giving, events, donor stewardship, and development operations. Supervises fundraising leaders, manages the donor pipeline, partners with the CEO and board on cultivation and solicitation, provides revenue forecasts and accountability, and builds organizational fundraising capacity. The role also supports Mercy Street’s Christian mission through ministry, discipleship, and Gospel-centered engagement.

Leads nonprofit financial stewardship, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, internal controls, audits, restricted funds, and outsourced accounting relationships. Oversees facilities, fleet, vendors, contracts, insurance, risk management, capital projects, and operational systems. Partners with executives, department leaders, development, and the Board to support financial sustainability, compliance, and organizational growth while advancing Mercy Street’s Christian mission.

Serves as the President and CEO’s strategic and operational partner, managing executive scheduling, correspondence, travel, meetings, donor CRM records, board governance, expenses, communications, special projects, and cross-department initiatives. Represents the ministry with donors, board members, partners, and guests while supporting Christian ministry, spiritual leadership, staff engagement, and organizational culture. Maintains confidential records, prepares executive and board materials, tracks deliverables, and ensures efficient executive office operations.

Coordinates daily after-school and summer camp programming for K–5 students, including schedules, staff coverage, attendance, records, supplies, meals, transportation, family communication, safety procedures, volunteers, and program-quality checks. Collects evaluation data, escalates concerns, and leads programming when the director is unavailable. Requires alignment with Mercy Street’s Christian mission and willingness to provide faith-based mentorship and ministry activities.

Leads strategy and operations for after-school and summer camp programs serving K-5 students. Oversees staffing, safety, compliance, enrollment, transportation, meals, budgets, program quality, outcomes, family engagement, partnerships, grants, and continuous improvement. The role also advances Mercy Street’s Christian mission through Gospel-centered mentoring, discipleship, and ministry activities.
