Manage and coordinate daily Radiology operations, including staff scheduling, performance evaluations, CT exam performance per protocols, patient communication, equipment/software maintenance, process improvement, and ensuring quality, safety, and continuity of patient care.

Safely transport patients between nursing units and radiology/ancillary departments, maintain transport equipment cleanliness and linens, follow isolation and safety practices, perform patient tracking, communicate clinically relevant information during handoffs, and provide Basic Life Support as required. May train students and assist departmental needs.

Support imaging department by registering, preparing, transporting, and monitoring patients for imaging procedures. Assist technologists with ancillary tasks, maintain equipment cleanliness, follow MRI safety and isolation practices, and use EPIC/PACS for department workflows.
