Provides executive-level administrative support and project coordination for executive leaders. Responsibilities include calendar and meeting management, preparing reports and documents, coordinating Board and committee meetings, taking minutes, handling confidential information, managing communications, processing invoices and requisitions, coordinating meeting space, and supporting organizational projects and objectives.

Coordinates oncology care by guiding newly diagnosed patients and families through treatment, appointments, services, and healthcare resources. The nurse navigator collaborates with oncology providers, facilitates multidisciplinary clinics and cancer conferences, identifies barriers to care, provides education and advocacy, coordinates support groups, assists with cancer screening, and promotes community programs.

Performs diagnostic ultrasound examinations, produces high-quality sonograms, prepares images in PACS, and communicates findings to radiologists. Provides patient-centered care, reviews medical information, follows imaging and infection-control protocols, maintains equipment and department safety, and may supervise students. The role includes rotating call and holiday coverage, requires completion of an accredited ultrasound program, and involves obtaining ARDMS certification within 18 months.
