Develops and delivers clinical and technical training to adult learners, prepares curriculum and documentation (including Visio workflows), supports simulation exercises, administers the LMS, and serves as an education resource and facilitator across the organization to improve staff competence and patient care.

Provide inpatient and outpatient neurosurgical care including history, exams, diagnosis, procedures, medication management, referrals, documentation, and oversight of mid-level and nursing staff. Participate in quality improvement, education, consults, and hospital-required reporting and trainings.

Supervise daily cardiology clinic operations, staff scheduling and training, ensure regulatory and TJC compliance, provide nursing support for patient care and diagnostic procedures, manage documentation and supplies, and report performance to management.
