Mercy Medical Center Benefits Overview

Provide inpatient and outpatient neurosurgical care including history, exams, diagnosis, procedures, medication management, referrals, documentation, and oversight of mid-level and nursing staff. Participate in quality improvement, education, consults, and hospital-required reporting and trainings.

Provide patient-centered support to providers: room patients, take vitals, collect specimens, perform phlebotomy, EKGs and spirometry, administer injections per standing orders, manage meds/refills per protocols, handle phone results/triage, maintain supplies, and complete documentation/EHR tasks.

Supervise daily cardiology clinic operations, staff scheduling and training, ensure regulatory and TJC compliance, provide nursing support for patient care and diagnostic procedures, manage documentation and supplies, and report performance to management.
