Advises senior leaders and executive candidates, partners with legal, finance, tax, audit, HR committees, and consultants, and supports compensation decisions related to talent acquisition, mergers, acquisitions, integrations, and organizational initiatives.

Provides specialized legal counsel on employee benefits, executive compensation, ERISA, fiduciary governance, regulatory compliance, contracts, transactions, litigation, and risk management. Advises Human Resources, Finance, Compliance, governance committees, and leadership; supports mergers and acquisitions, audits, investigations, remediation, and outside counsel management. Drafts and negotiates legal documents, prepares governance materials, and translates complex legal and regulatory issues into practical recommendations across a complex healthcare organization.
