Performs membership administration, including database updates, payment processing, membership card preparation, filing, scanning, reporting, bulk mailing, phone coverage, reception, and customer service. Maintains accurate financial and membership records, supports CRM processes, assists coworkers with procedures, and coordinates vendor-related documentation. This is a part-time, on-site position requiring two years of office experience and a high school diploma or equivalent.
