Serve as a Workday power user and frontline HR contact, ensuring data accuracy, executing EIB mass data loads, performing audits and testing, administering employee lifecycle transactions, managing Workday security and org structures, and partnering cross-functionally to troubleshoot issues and improve People Operations processes.

Lead design for major mobile initiatives, shaping the vision for Mercury's iOS and Android apps, and contribute to design systems while collaborating closely with product managers and engineers.

The role involves leading cross-functional projects, leveraging data analytics, creating insights and dashboards, and enhancing revenue strategies through technology and collaboration.
