Lead technical design and delivery of mission‑critical embedded digital hardware from concept through production. Architect high‑speed, ruggedized systems (FPGAs, secure processors, DDR5, PCIe, 400G Ethernet), drive verification, mentor teams, and advise leadership on technical risk, cost, and schedule for defense/aerospace products.

Lead Employee Relations and serve as HR Business Partner for Legal and Signal Technologies. Conduct complex investigations, develop and implement compliant policies and HR processes, coach managers, support compensation, talent and performance programs, and present HR solutions to drive employee engagement and business results.

Lead architecture and end-to-end board‑level hardware design for ruggedized, high‑speed embedded systems (FPGA, secure processing, 400G+ Ethernet, PCIe Gen5+, DDR5). Define engineering standards, ensure DFM/DFA/DFT, collaborate across disciplines, support proposals, and mentor engineering teams to deliver reliable defense/aerospace products.
