Supports digital transformation, workflow optimization, business process analysis, low-code application development, and network infrastructure initiatives. Responsibilities include documenting workflows, gathering requirements, executing user acceptance testing, preparing project analyses, maintaining system documentation, supporting automation and continuous improvement, monitoring systems, documenting assets and configurations, triaging tickets, and assisting with infrastructure improvements.

Provides hands-on troubleshooting and engineering support for RF and microwave products in manufacturing and development environments. Responsibilities include resolving assembly, production testing, and integration issues; supporting producibility improvements, design updates, failure analysis, and transfer to production; and collaborating with engineering, operations, supply chain, quality, and program management teams. The role requires testing module- and component-level circuits using RF test equipment and simulation and data analysis tools.

Leads contract administration for the IPS business unit across commercial and government agreements. Manages the full contracting lifecycle, reviews solicitations and proposals, negotiates agreements, ensures FAR/DFARS compliance, advises leadership on contractual risks, and maintains contracting policies and compliance tracking. Interfaces with government contracting officers, prime contractors, legal, finance, program management, engineering, and other stakeholders. The role requires extensive defense contracting expertise, strong negotiation skills, and eligibility for a government security clearance.
