Serves as the primary HR representative for an assigned market, supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, benefits, payroll, compliance, training, and HR administration. Partners with employees and leaders, maintains confidential records, supports audits and workforce reporting, and contributes to engagement, retention, and organizational initiatives. The role is primarily office-based with occasional overnight travel.
