Oversees complex surety accounts, contract bond underwriting exceptions, agency relationships, marketing collaboration, compliance filings, and nationwide underwriting operations. Manages, recruits, develops, and evaluates underwriting staff while partnering with executive leadership to expand the customer base, improve profitability, and maintain industry relationships.

Leads regional commercial surety underwriting, including profitable book growth, underwriting policy and rate decisions, risk evaluation, bond approvals, agency receivables, and staff oversight. Develops business, establishes underwriting appetite, reviews complex exposures and bond forms, guides underwriting opinions, manages talent, supports product initiatives, and ensures operational efficiency and compliance across the region.
