Supports the Sales team by entering and maintaining accurate client and deal information in Salesforce, reviewing submissions, prioritizing requests, verifying customer data, tracking deal lifecycles, conducting due diligence, and updating agreements and records. The role requires strong attention to detail, organization, computer literacy, communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Own insolvency, legal recovery, guarantor recovery, and external agency management for commercial financing accounts. Evaluate recovery strategies, oversee collection agencies and legal vendors, manage insolvency filings and deadlines, monitor recoveries and costs, and ensure regulatory and contractual compliance. Partner with Collections, Legal, Finance, Risk, and external recovery professionals while mentoring internal teams and developing recovery policies, reporting, and performance standards.

Reviews financing applications, verifies business and financial information, performs credit and background checks, organizes documentation in Salesforce, prioritizes partner requests, identifies early declines, completes due diligence, tracks deal progress, and prepares agreements. The role supports underwriting and sales teams in a fast-paced remote fintech environment, requiring strong organization, accuracy, communication, computer literacy, and occasional weekend coverage.
