Maintain foreign filing docket, prepare cover letters and cost estimates, review foreign associate correspondence, communicate with foreign associates and attorneys, and assist attorneys with prosecution and procedural tasks.

Supports patent attorneys with U.S. and foreign patent prosecution, including preparing and electronically filing applications, amendments, disclosure statements, responses, assignments, and fee payments. Maintains patent files, client portfolios, docketing logs, and deadlines. Communicates with attorneys, clients, the USPTO, and foreign associates while managing detailed administrative tasks independently and accurately. The hybrid role requires at least three office days weekly.
