Serve as primary trusted advisor for 150–250 clients, onboard and transition new clients, support regional leadership on investments, tax, estate and insurance, prepare and present financial planning modules, manage client communications, meet retention and referral goals, and travel for client meetings and trainings.

Lead and grow a multidisciplinary creative team to develop brand-aligned, performance-driven campaigns across digital, print, video, and social. Translate business objectives into creative strategies, oversee concept-to-execution, collaborate with analytics and marketing, and ensure consistent, high-quality brand outputs while managing projects, resources, and cross-functional partnerships.

Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning). Build AI-powered features using Salesforce Einstein and Agentforce, lead integrations, ensure data quality for AI readiness, manage deployments, test deliverables, and mentor junior developers.
