Guide customers through vehicle selection, test drives, financing, paperwork, and delivery for new and used vehicles. Maintain CRM records, present vehicle and finance products, follow up with prospects, support customer satisfaction, complete training, and arrange registration. Sales or customer service experience is preferred, along with strong communication skills, a valid driver’s license, and successful completion of background, motor vehicle, and drug screenings.
