Two-year, on-site paid fellowship for early-career thinkers to develop original research aligned with classical-liberal ideas. Fellows will be mentored, produce media and written outputs, run events and reading groups, and help build the Emerging Scholars Program while deepening knowledge of classical political economy.

Lead integrated marketing campaigns—email, events, social, and short-form content—to promote scholars and research. Build and optimize email programs, drive event promotion, produce digital assets, analyze performance, and collaborate across teams to create SOPs and best practices.

Lead the design and launch of a talent network function: map and analyze Mercatus's scholar/fellow/alumni networks, strengthen pathways and placements, activate connections and partnerships, and build data-driven systems and operating models to sustain long-term engagement and institutional impact.
