Produce end-to-end podcasts, interviews, videos, and multimedia projects. Manage scheduling, recording logistics, editing oversight, post-production workflows, publishing, and promotional assets. Collaborate with scholars and teams, maintain studio equipment, support live recordings, and travel (~15%) for recordings and events.

Support External Relations with administrative tasks, research, and event preparation. Draft outreach emails and one-pagers, track legislation and hearings, take meeting notes and record them in Salesforce, assist with media and coalition engagement, and attend related events. Hands-on podcast production internship supporting recording, editing, QA, short-form content creation, and media studio operations across multiple shows. Assist with virtual/in-studio recordings, edit full-length videos, produce social clips and graphics, organize assets, coordinate schedules with producers and freelance editors, and provide occasional event photography.
