Own production application reliability and technical support across Azure and Kubernetes environments. Monitor application health, lead incident response, troubleshoot performance and availability issues, improve observability, support releases and maintenance, and drive reliability improvements. The role requires collaboration with engineering, infrastructure, product, and security teams, participation in rotating 24x7 on-call support, and comprehensive documentation of operational procedures and incident learnings.

Drive new business growth for Springbuk by developing employer-client pipelines, identifying opportunities, conducting discovery, demonstrating healthcare analytics solutions, managing full sales cycles, negotiating contracts, maintaining client relationships, forecasting in CRM tools, and representing the company at industry events.

Leads finance operations, back-office accounting processes, month-end close, billing, receivables, project accounting, revenue recognition, controls, reporting, and Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP enhancements. Oversees system configuration, integrations, testing, process improvement, M&A finance workstreams, and cross-functional issue resolution. Manages and develops the Finance Operations team while partnering with Finance, Accounting, Tax, Sales Operations, Technology, clients, and external providers.
