Leads testing and verification for PACS and web-based medical imaging applications. Responsibilities include hands-on functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing; authoring audit-ready validation documentation; defining risk-based test strategy; coordinating team assignments and delivery; facilitating Agile ceremonies; managing defects, risks, environments, and test resources; and potentially managing employees or contractors.

This principal-level individual contributor sets reliability, observability, and automation direction for business-critical Azure cloud platforms. The role establishes SLOs, leads incident management, designs resilience and disaster recovery, builds infrastructure automation, reduces operational toil, mentors engineers, and influences cross-functional teams without direct authority.
