Manage high-volume hourly recruiting by sourcing candidates, screening applications, maintaining ATS data integrity, presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers, and ensuring a strong candidate experience. Build talent pipelines through job boards, referrals, agencies, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels. Meet recruiting performance goals, resolve process bottlenecks, and improve hiring efficiency while managing multiple vacancies and deadlines.
