Provide frontline HR support as part of a generalist team: resolve employee inquiries on benefits, leave, workers' compensation, pay, and policy; escalate complex issues; collaborate with HR and operations; monitor labor law changes and recommend process improvements.

Lead and manage the enterprise mobile device program, oversee MDM platforms (Intune, MobileIron/Ivanti), lifecycle management, security/compliance, vendor/carrier relationships, and supervise Mobile Device Administrators to deliver mobile services and support.

Manage and support enterprise LAN/WAN and wireless infrastructure (Cisco, Aruba) including firewalls (Fortinet). Monitor performance, maintain documentation/configurations (SolarWinds NCM), troubleshoot network issues, collaborate on projects and vendor implementations, and provide on-call support and network security best practices.
