Support Merakey's growth by conducting market research and competitive analysis, generating leads, maintaining pipelines, supporting acquisitions and RFP/grant responses, coordinating projects, representing the organization at events, and providing reporting and insights to leadership.

Manage day-to-day operations of a residential program: supervise staff, coordinate schedules, provide direct care (ADLs, food prep, medication administration), ensure client safety, handle incidents and household maintenance, and support program delivery under the Program Manager.

Supports individuals with disabilities through teaching, coaching, modeling, accompaniment, person-centered care, daily living assistance, and documentation. Work occurs across varied settings and may involve individuals with medical or mental health diagnoses. The role includes maintaining safe, sanitary environments and supporting participation in community, family, civic, cultural, and religious activities. Paid training is provided, and the schedule is third shift with weekend work.
