Leads day-to-day residential program operations, supervises and supports staff, coordinates schedules, provides direct care, administers medication, manages incidents, and ensures client and staff safety. Responsibilities also include assisting with activities of daily living, meal preparation, household shopping, housekeeping, maintenance, and emergency response. The role works Friday through Monday on the second shift and may manage a caseload.

Provides frontline, phone-based IT support to employees by responding to calls, emails, and chats; troubleshooting hardware, software, connectivity, applications, Microsoft 365, printers, and peripherals; documenting and updating IT service tickets; guiding users through solutions and password resets; monitoring service requests, meeting SLAs, and escalating unresolved issues with complete documentation.

Leads daily operations for a residential human services program, supervising staff, coordinating schedules, supporting clients with activities of daily living, administering medication, managing incidents, de-escalating conflicts, and maintaining client safety.
