Telugu proficiency is required; freshers may be considered for intern-to-full-time conversion.

Own team sales performance, generate and convert prospects, manage client relationships, and guide couples from consultation through event delivery. Develops sales strategies, generates leads, consults with wedding clients, presents customized packages, and manages relationships throughout the wedding journey. Drives repeat business and referrals while supporting sales and event planning teams. Contributes to recruitment, onboarding, training, and team performance. Requires strong communication, negotiation, multitasking, and client management skills in a fast-paced environment.
