Lead technical direction and project management for immersive exhibitions, ensuring functionality, safety, and artistic intent. Oversee maintenance, redesigns, vendor relations, staff training, preventive maintenance for theatrical systems, fabrication workflows, and compliance with codes and safety protocols.

Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure systems and HubSpot enterprise configurations. Develop integrations and automations using scripting and APIs, document systems, train users, manage incidents and maintenance, and improve workflows for digital operations.

Manage day-to-day venue operations for public events, concerts, and private rentals. Schedule and staff events, handle contracts, settlements, inventory, vendor coordination, incident response, and ensure integration with operations, F&B, security, and marketing.

Provide hands-on technical support for users and systems: troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues; triage and resolve helpdesk tickets; configure and deploy Windows/macOS devices and peripherals; maintain backups, antivirus, MDM, and desktop applications; monitor LAN/WAN and network devices; assist AV for events; create documentation and coordinate vendor escalations.

Lead a project accounting team to manage project budgets, forecasts, cash flows, cost reporting and invoice/payment review. Partner with FP&A, estimators, project managers and procurement to track capital and operating costs, create cost databases, analyze variances, and provide stakeholder reports and resourcing recommendations to mitigate financial risk.
