Leads public events, concerts, and private rentals from production advancing through day-of-show execution. Coordinates technical production, hospitality, clients, artists, vendors, staffing, contracts, event costing, settlements, safety procedures, and operational logistics. Serves as manager on duty for most after-hours events, resolves issues, supports event sales, and ensures seamless coordination across food and beverage, operations, security, and venue teams.

Leads maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive care for immersive exhibition technology, including lighting, audio, video, networking, show control, interactive systems, microcontrollers, and animatronics. Designs and prototypes exhibit enhancements, performs wiring and device configuration, deploys software and firmware updates, documents system architectures, writes SOPs, trains staff, and supports daily operations and special events. The role is on-site, hands-on, and requires flexible evening, weekend, and holiday availability.

Lead a project accounting team to manage project budgets, forecasts, cash flows, cost reporting and invoice/payment review. Partner with FP&A, estimators, project managers and procurement to track capital and operating costs, create cost databases, analyze variances, and provide stakeholder reports and resourcing recommendations to mitigate financial risk.

Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure systems and HubSpot enterprise configurations. Develop integrations and automations using scripting and APIs, document systems, train users, manage incidents and maintenance, and improve workflows for digital operations.

Provide hands-on technical support for users and systems: troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues; triage and resolve helpdesk tickets; configure and deploy Windows/macOS devices and peripherals; maintain backups, antivirus, MDM, and desktop applications; monitor LAN/WAN and network devices; assist AV for events; create documentation and coordinate vendor escalations.
