Provides broad, strategic legal counsel across intellectual property, real estate, construction, licensing, privacy, labor relations, governance, litigation, and commercial contracts. Drafts and negotiates agreements, advises business teams and local exhibitions, supports due diligence and discovery, manages external litigation counsel, and develops scalable legal processes, templates, and policies. Requires extensive in-house media experience, strong judgment, communication skills, and an active state bar membership.

Programs and supports show control, audio routing, media distribution, and monitoring systems for immersive exhibitions. Creates Q-SYS templates and plugins, documents system commands and protocols, develops show control standards, coordinates technical disciplines, troubleshoots installations, supports project handovers, and communicates procedures. The role requires expertise in show control platforms, network media transport protocols, programming languages, and exhibition technology, with on-site work in Los Angeles and occasional schedule flexibility.

The Senior Project Accountant develops and monitors budgets, forecasts project costs, tracks commitments and cash flow, reviews invoices and contracts, and produces financial reports for construction and themed-environment projects. The role supports estimating, value engineering, payment compliance, labor tracking, and cost-management system implementation while collaborating with project managers, purchasing, contractors, vendors, and executives.

Leads maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive care for immersive exhibition technology, including lighting, audio, video, networking, show control, interactive systems, microcontrollers, and animatronics. Designs and prototypes exhibit enhancements, performs wiring and device configuration, deploys software and firmware updates, documents system architectures, writes SOPs, trains staff, and supports daily operations and special events. The role is on-site, hands-on, and requires flexible evening, weekend, and holiday availability.

Lead a project accounting team to manage project budgets, forecasts, cash flows, cost reporting and invoice/payment review. Partner with FP&A, estimators, project managers and procurement to track capital and operating costs, create cost databases, analyze variances, and provide stakeholder reports and resourcing recommendations to mitigate financial risk.
