Owns company-wide accounting and finance operations, including monthly close, financial reporting, audits, SOC 1 controls, payroll, benefits, tax compliance, budgeting, forecasting, investor diligence, vendor payments, stock compensation, insurance, and finance systems. The Controller will manage outsourced accounting and tax partners while building scalable processes, controls, policies, and automation for a growing fintech company.

Build and own full-stack web features from inception through launch, integrating third-party APIs and reasoning about complex financial state machines. Work across front-end and back-end technologies, maintain high quality standards, communicate directly with customers, and iterate on products after launch in a fast-moving startup environment.

Entry-level go-to-market sales role for December 2026 graduates. The associate will receive SDR/BDR training, learn outbound sales and pipeline development, understand fintech banking and crypto, and grow toward closing and leadership responsibilities.
