The Brand & Content Marketing Manager will define Mento's brand identity, lead marketing initiatives, create compelling content, manage communications, and drive brand awareness through engagement and cross-functional collaboration.

Manage the coaching community lifecycle, support coaches, drive operational processes, oversee talent acquisition, and utilize performance analytics to enhance the coaching experience.

The role involves providing 1:1 coaching and support to finance professionals, participating in ongoing training, and engaging with the Mento coaching community. Coaches are expected to leverage their leadership experience to help clients set and achieve career goals while fostering a supportive environment.

The BDR will focus on lead generation, outreach to potential customers, and supporting events while working in a dynamic remote environment.

Responsible for revenue generation, managing a sales pipeline, executing deals, fostering HR community relationships, and contributing to sales strategies at Mento, a remote-first coaching company.

Lead Mento's brand strategy and marketing initiatives, driving customer engagement through storytelling, content creation, PR, and experimentation.
