Own the entire People function for a 50-person technology company, partnering with the CEO and leadership team on culture, employee engagement, employee relations, HR operations, workforce analytics, talent strategy, compensation, performance management, and manager development. The role combines hands-on execution with strategic and commercial People partnership, including UK employment law, HR systems, payroll coordination, onboarding, offboarding, and process improvement.

Own post-sale relationships with strategic enterprise accounts, serving as an executive-level trusted advisor. Lead onboarding, value realization, stakeholder engagement, renewals, expansions, and commercial negotiations while coordinating complex cross-functional programs. Build success plans, drive adoption and retention, identify growth opportunities, represent customer feedback internally, and develop customer advocacy. The role requires strong enterprise navigation, commercial acumen, data-driven decision-making, executive presence, and at least 50% travel to UK and international customer sites.

Contribute to product vision by designing metrics, conducting experiments, productionizing data workflows, and collaborating across teams to leverage customer insights effectively.
