Design, build, and deploy ML solutions for enterprise revenue motions: predictive scoring, clustering, and forecasting. Deliver end-to-end data science projects, create internal data products and automated workflows, partner with Sales/Marketing/CS, maintain software engineering best practices, and communicate insights to drive retention, engagement, and revenue growth.

Lead technical and business engineering across 5–8 teams via Engineering Managers and Staff Engineers. Own technical direction, architecture, quality, capacity allocation, and leadership development. Align product, technology, and delivery outcomes, drive autonomous teams, manage technical debt, and accelerate adoption of AI-driven engineering practices.

Drive end-to-end growth experiments: design, implement, instrument, analyze, and decide to iterate or ship. Use Confidence and HEX to ensure data quality and dig into results. Build reliable tracking, move KPIs across acquisition/activation/adoption/conversion, raise experimentation craft, and partner closely with product and design.
