Lead the data and ML strategy for Mentimeter Insights, building an intelligence platform that turns interaction data into actionable recommendations. Define measurement and experimentation standards, partner on architecture, ensure models learn and improve over time, guard against failure modes, and connect ML products to business outcomes like retention and expansion.

Lead cross-team user research synthesis and create strategic evidence artifacts that make insights easy to find, understand, and apply. Partner as a peer with Product Design, Product Management, Behavioral Science, Data, and Customer Support. Build new research methods, tools, feedback loops, and AI-enabled workflows while connecting product questions to company strategy and measurable business outcomes.

Senior People Partner embedded in the Product organization, responsible for people strategy, organizational design, leadership coaching, performance management, career development, succession, salary reviews, workforce planning, and complex employee matters. The role uses people data and engagement insights to guide organizational improvements, facilitates leadership discussions, and supports organizational change in compliance with Swedish labor law and MBL consultation processes.
