Design and launch adaptive, high-quality web experiences for Mentimeter’s acquisition funnel. The role combines product and visual design, UX, growth, CRO, SEO, experimentation, content structure, personalization, and design systems. The designer will translate customer insight and behavioral data into hypotheses, collaborate with marketing, content, SEO, analytics, and engineering, ship frequently, evaluate results, and improve discovery, comprehension, registration, and qualified demand.

Own Mentimeter’s localization platform, pipelines, workflows, governance, quality standards, language rollouts, vendor relationships, and localization spend. Configure and troubleshoot Phrase integrations, partner with Engineering on extraction, synchronization, and CI/CD workflows, and establish scalable processes across Content Design, Web, Marketing, and GTM. The role ensures reliable localization quality, visibility, and faster international market launches.

Own the technical foundation for Mentimeter’s web acquisition platform, including frontend architecture, growth workflows, SEO, analytics, attribution, experimentation, internal tooling, design systems, and AI-assisted content operations. Collaborate with Product, Design, Marketing, and Analytics to define outcomes, ship experiments, measure results, and improve conversion, discoverability, performance, and publishing efficiency.
