Support and coach students (ages 14–22) through post-secondary transition by supervising behavior, administering transition assessments, creating compliant IEP transition goals, building community work-based opportunities, coordinating handovers to external agencies, and coaching independence in real-world settings. Track progress, maintain employer and agency partnerships, intervene at workplace placements, and document outcomes to ensure IDEA compliance and student success.

The RN School Nurse will oversee student health, provide first aid, maintain health records, instruct health education, and coordinate with families and health agencies.

Support school leadership and special education initiatives, implement PBIS and Common Core, supervise and develop teachers, manage school environment and student outcomes, engage families and staff to resolve issues.
