Prepare students (ages 14–22) for post-school life by providing coaching, person-centered transition planning, behavioral supervision, transition assessments, IDEA-compliant goal writing, progress tracking, community partnership development, work-based learning oversight, crisis intervention at placements, and facilitating agency handovers to support independent living, employment, and postsecondary transitions.

As a Curriculum Coordinator, you will oversee special education compliance, guide staff on instruction, and manage student IEP goals and academic progress.

The Instructional Assistant supports classroom instructors by providing academic support, managing student behavior, and maintaining classroom safety. They assist in implementing behavioral programs and respond to emergency situations while working closely with high-risk special needs students.
