The Instructional Assistant supports classroom instructors by providing academic support, managing student behavior, and maintaining classroom safety. They assist in implementing behavioral programs and respond to emergency situations while working closely with high-risk special needs students.

As an Instructional Assistant, you will support students academically and socially, manage classroom behaviors, provide interventions, and assist classroom instructors.

The School Principal will develop plans for instruction and safety, support special education initiatives, manage staff, and promote student achievement.
