Teams at Menlo Park Fire Protection District

Administers and troubleshoots network infrastructure, servers, firewalls, virtualization, backups, Windows environments, Microsoft 365, and end-user systems. Provides Tier 2/3 technical support, equipment deployment, database and GIS support, telecommunications maintenance, user training, and technology project assistance. Supports mission-critical firefighter and emergency-response systems, maintains security and availability, coordinates with vendors, and performs scheduled and after-hours maintenance when required.
