Design, prototype, and iterate mechatronic subsystems (actuators, joints, drivetrains, sensors). Integrate motors, encoders, control electronics and firmware, test and characterize hardware, debug cross-domain systems, and collaborate with controls and software teams to deliver production-ready robot hardware with clear documentation.

Own end-to-end robotics data collection: translate research needs into collection protocols, run multi-site collection operations, maintain rigs and pipelines, define KPIs, diagnose data quality, and align researchers, engineers, and operators to deliver training-ready datasets.

Hands-on role building, maintaining, and tuning humanoid Asimov robots and their policies; creating demos, skills, and content; running workshops and field-supporting customers; and growing the developer community through talks, blogs, videos, and direct engagement.
