Own enterprise robotics deployments from opportunity qualification through implementation, customer sign-off, and follow-on purchases. Define scope, budgets, timelines, acceptance criteria, and responsibilities with customers and engineering. Lead cross-functional teams, partners, and customer stakeholders; manage milestones, risks, blockers, and scope changes. Translate successful deployments into production adoption and relay field learnings to product and engineering.

Own Menlo’s marketing strategy, partnerships, press and media relations, positioning, messaging, launches, and marketing roadmap. Align marketing with product, business, engineering, and research teams while translating technical work into compelling narratives. Measure results, prioritize initiatives, and grow the marketing function over time.

Own Menlo’s visual storytelling by creating, filming, and editing content about product releases, engineering progress, customer projects, and the company-building process. Develop original concepts, maintain a consistent visual identity, manage the content calendar, and distribute work across channels. Collaborate with technical and growth teams to identify compelling stories, test formats, and improve audience engagement. The role requires end-to-end production skills, strong storytelling judgment, initiative, and comfort working quickly in an early-stage robotics company.
