Oversee daily office administration, workflows, supplies, logistics, support staff, reporting, documentation, and operational processes. Partner with HR on onboarding and employee relations, coordinate interdepartmental projects, support leadership, manage interruptions, and maintain confidentiality. The role requires independent decision-making, team supervision, strong organization, bilingual English-Spanish communication, and flexibility to travel or adjust schedules as needed.

Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, record GAAP-compliant transactions, prepare financial statements, support budgeting and forecasting, analyze variances, complete tax filings, assist with audits, and maintain internal controls. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams, providing financial insights, and reporting to the CPA, Controller, and external auditors.

Provide bilingual English-Spanish administrative and client reception support for an immigration law firm. Responsibilities include answering communications, greeting and scheduling clients, maintaining electronic and paper files, scanning, typing, updating documents, managing databases, maintaining office areas and equipment, and completing clerical tasks and errands. The role requires confidentiality, professionalism, strong communication, organizational skills, and flexibility to work two Saturdays per month.
