Installs, maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs sawmill machinery and equipment. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, pneumatic and hydraulic system repair, lubrication, welding, fabrication, power transmission alignment, belt and chain adjustment, rigging, and equipment rebuilding. The Millwright follows lockout/tagout, hot work, confined space, and safety procedures while operating industrial tools and equipment. Journeyman-level employees work independently and may provide technical direction to other millwrights.

Leads the regional sales team across the NW Region, overseeing pricing, sales goals, margins, customer programs, inventory, issue resolution, and team development. Builds customer and vendor relationships, coordinates with purchasing and operations, monitors consigned inventory, and drives market share growth for treated and redwood products. The role is onsite and requires regional travel of up to 45% to customers, facilities, and representative territories.
