Performs general ledger maintenance, journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, fixed asset accounting, internal control compliance, audit support, accounts receivable reconciliation, budgeting assistance, and financial reporting. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with accounting experience preferred. Construction industry experience and CPA certification are advantageous.

Leads regional budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, reporting, risk management, compliance, internal controls, cost optimization, and capital allocation. Provides strategic financial guidance to support profitability, operational performance, and growth. Manages finance staff and relationships with banks, auditors, insurers, legal advisors, and other stakeholders while partnering with regional and executive leadership.

Performs cost accounting, budgeting, profitability analysis, inventory control, capital investment tracking, account reconciliations, audit support, and month-end and year-end close activities. Allocates costs to projects, processes intercompany rebills, maintains fixed asset records, develops financial reporting tools, and identifies cost-saving opportunities. Collaborates with operational and management teams to communicate financial information and support business decisions.
