Design, implement, and maintain MEMX’s low-latency trading network infrastructure. Configure network devices using Ansible and Python, monitor alerts, resolve incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and support customer connectivity turn-ups and tickets. Analyze and validate new products, implement secure end-user solutions with security teams, and coordinate with data center and circuit providers. The role requires expertise in distributed systems, routing protocols, multicast, network operating systems, timing protocols, packet analysis, firewalls, and optical networking.

Provides overnight customer service and operational support for exchange members. Monitors and troubleshoots trading and clearing systems, investigates issues using internal and external tools, logs and responds to tickets, and coordinates resolutions across internal and external teams. The role requires trade desk or exchange operations experience, knowledge of U.S. equity markets, FIX and SBE protocol support, real-time monitoring, and basic SQL, Groovy, or Python querying.
