Serve as first point of contact for exchange members, respond to calls/emails/tickets, monitor and troubleshoot trading and clearing systems, investigate issues using internal/external tools, liaise with internal and external teams, identify and mitigate operational risks, and perform ad-hoc project work during the 9:00pm ET to 6:00am EST shift.

Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap; translate regulatory and business processes into BRDs; analyze market trends and competitor landscape; gather and prioritize product requirements; collaborate with Tech and Member Experience; drive data-informed, MVP-focused solutions; communicate technical changes and recommend product improvements to meet business and customer needs.

As a DevOps Engineer, you will design and support infrastructure, collaborate with teams, monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, and ensure operational excellence, focusing on scalability and security.
