Teams at MEMX

Serve as first point of contact for exchange members, respond to calls/emails/tickets, monitor and troubleshoot trading and clearing systems, investigate issues using internal/external tools, liaise with internal and external teams, identify and mitigate operational risks, and perform ad-hoc project work during the 9:00pm ET to 6:00am EST shift.

Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap; translate regulatory and business processes into BRDs; analyze market trends and competitor landscape; gather and prioritize product requirements; collaborate with Tech and Member Experience; drive data-informed, MVP-focused solutions; communicate technical changes and recommend product improvements to meet business and customer needs.

Plan and execute internal audits, evaluate controls and compliance (including Regulation SCI and SOC 2), prepare audit reports, liaise with external auditors, monitor remediation, and present findings to management and the Audit Committee.
