Conduct legal research, summarize findings, and assist with drafting, reviewing, and proofreading regulatory filings, agreements, correspondence, and other legal documents. The intern will organize legal resources, attend meetings, collaborate with attorneys and colleagues, and support additional legal projects. This hybrid summer role requires in-person work in Midtown Manhattan and residence in an approved state.

Supports employees with everyday technology needs, including laptop, account, and application setup and maintenance. Assists with support requests, troubleshoots common technical issues, contributes to IT documentation and projects, and collaborates across the organization. The intern gains hands-on exposure to IAM, MDM, project management solutions, troubleshooting, and security practices while working hybrid in Midtown Manhattan.

Design, implement, and maintain MEMX’s low-latency trading network infrastructure. Configure network devices using Ansible and Python, monitor alerts, resolve incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and support customer connectivity turn-ups and tickets. Analyze and validate new products, implement secure end-user solutions with security teams, and coordinate with data center and circuit providers. The role requires expertise in distributed systems, routing protocols, multicast, network operating systems, timing protocols, packet analysis, firewalls, and optical networking.
