Provides expert leadership and support for districtwide blended learning implementation. Advises stakeholders on digital tools, instructional strategies, curriculum alignment, assessment, and 1:1 device use. Monitors school implementation through walkthroughs and performance data, identifies support priorities, and designs and facilitates professional development for teachers and school teams. Coaches assigned teachers, develops technology integration plans, maintains stakeholder relationships, and documents outcomes and implementation progress.

Develops, maintains, monitors, and enhances a cloud-based data warehouse and analytics architecture. Builds standardized data structures, supports Power BI reporting and ad hoc analysis, manages SQL Server permissions and performance, oversees data transfers and integrations, develops stored procedures, establishes database standards, and validates data security, privacy, and integrity while collaborating with analytics teams and managed service vendors.

Ensures school district compliance with Section 504 and ADA requirements by overseeing student eligibility, placement, accommodations, FAPE, training, monitoring, grievances, and OCR complaints. Provides guidance to administrators, school teams, charter schools, and community stakeholders; coordinates corrective action plans and supports consistent implementation of compliance procedures across the district.
