Provides employee relations case management, investigates misconduct and discrimination claims, advises managers on workplace policies and labor agreements, supports disciplinary hearings and grievance responses, and maintains confidential investigation records. The role also assists with contract administration, employee training, unemployment claims, reporting, policy improvements, and collaboration with Legal, HR, management, and union stakeholders.

Provides supervised school psychology services, including psychoeducational evaluations, counseling, behavioral and academic interventions, crisis response, classroom observations, case management, consultation, and participation in student support, IEP, 504, and eligibility meetings. The intern collaborates with families, school personnel, and community agencies while developing proficiency in assessment, intervention planning, data management, and professional practice.

Provides school-based psychological services for students, including observations, psychoeducational evaluations, diagnostic assessments, consultation, IEP and support-team participation, RTI2 implementation, compliance with IDEA and FERPA, report writing, staff training, and supervision of trainees.
