Lead the US People function for approximately 500 employees across multiple states. Develop people strategy, advise executive leadership, oversee employee relations, compliance, benefits, compensation, payroll inputs, HR systems, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, vendors, and the People team. Ensure scalable employee lifecycle processes, accurate workforce data, sound employment-risk management, and consistent leadership practices while partnering with Operations, Finance, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, and global HR teams.

Research prospective customers, create targeted prospect lists, conduct outreach to identify sales opportunities, and schedule qualified conversations with Account Executives. The role includes paid prospecting training, certification, ongoing professional development, and exposure to high-tech sales career paths. This is an on-site internship in Tysons Corner, Virginia.

Own the full B2B sales cycle, including prospecting, pipeline generation, engaging senior decision-makers, closing net-new business, and exceeding revenue targets. Partner with Business Development Executives, clients, and internal leaders to win new logos and build strong client relationships. The role includes outbound and inbound selling, sales training, coaching, and career advancement opportunities in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
