Lead Epic application analysis, design, configuration, implementation, and support. Translate clinical and business needs into Epic solutions, resolve complex issues, contribute to training, participate in after-hours support rotation, and coordinate projects to improve workflow and operational efficiency across assigned Epic applications.

Build and maintain relationships with physicians and referral sources to drive patient volume and in-network utilization. Execute growth strategies, coordinate physician events/onboarding, track/report volume metrics, document outreach in CRM, troubleshoot provider issues, and support service line expansion and market analysis.

Performs specialized and invasive radiology procedures in the cath lab, assists physicians, prepares and positions patients, administers contrast as needed, ensures image quality and radiation safety, documents patient data, performs equipment QA, and supports departmental goals and training.
