Provide front-desk patient registration and reception services: answer phones, schedule appointments, verify insurance, collect copays, maintain EHR and daily cash reconciliation, and support clinic operations.

Operate ultrasound equipment to obtain diagnostic images, provide sonographer impressions, assist radiologists, maintain supplies, train/rotate students, use Meditech/Chartmaxx/iSite, attend department meetings, enter orders, and perform other duties as assigned while maintaining BLS and RQI compliance.

Review and analyze claim denials to identify patterns and systemic payment errors, document findings in hospital systems, prepare audit and improvement reports, educate staff, and negotiate appeals with payors to secure payment.
