As a Senior Guidewire Integration Developer, you will design and build integration solutions, configure Guidewire systems, and collaborate with stakeholders to modernize insurance platforms and ensure the seamless flow of data across various systems.

Manage the full lifecycle of complex lost-time workers' compensation claims: investigate, evaluate, negotiate, settle, and reserve within authority. Ensure compliance with state WC laws, coordinate with counsel, medical providers and vendors, develop resolution strategies, and mentor/train junior adjusters while serving as a subject-matter expert.

Support underwriting team by reserving/rating new business, scanning/indexing documents, maintaining ImageRight files, reviewing bureau reports for rating changes, coordinating import system fixes with IT, approving print files, handling mail and special projects.
