Manage and grow client relationships by proactively guiding adoption of services, monitoring satisfaction, coordinating internal teams, driving retention and expansion, delivering proposals/renewals, and escalating/resolving client issues. Advocate client needs and document best practices to support measurable outcomes.

Support client solution delivery by coordinating tasks, documenting requirements and processes, assisting with setup, validation, UAT, and testing, and maintaining client communication to ensure timely, high-quality implementations.

Provide Tier I and selected Tier II technical support for employees and credit-union clients across endpoints, identity, SaaS, network services, and peripherals. Administer endpoints, Active Directory, security services, inventory, and documentation. Troubleshoot hardware, connectivity, and LAN/WAN issues; create runbooks; support on-call rotations and occasional travel.
