Supports Linux and IBM AIX server infrastructure in 24/7 data centers. Responsibilities include account administration, hardware and operating system troubleshooting, system provisioning, migrations, upgrades, backups and recovery, application maintenance, security compliance, networking, documentation, production coordination, and help desk issue resolution. The role also participates in on-call support, develops technical processes, assists with IT strategy, and maintains client and cross-functional relationships.

Supports Linux and IBM AIX server infrastructure in 24/7 data centers. Responsibilities include account administration, hardware and operating system troubleshooting, system provisioning, migrations, upgrades, backup and recovery, software configuration, security compliance, documentation, network troubleshooting, production scheduling, help desk issue resolution, and client support. Participates in on-call rotation and occasional overnight travel for training or conferences.

Leads FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, management reporting, KPI analysis, profitability analysis, and strategic decision support. Partners with Accounting, Sales, Legal, and leadership on revenue recognition, pricing, contracts, M&A, and growth initiatives. Oversees financial systems and process improvements while managing, mentoring, and developing Finance team members. The role balances hands-on financial analysis with team leadership and long-term organizational planning.
