Design and operate the backend platform powering Mem0’s AI memory services. Build versioned, authenticated REST APIs; model data in PostgreSQL and graph databases; develop Python services and background jobs; optimize queries and caching; deploy containerized services on AWS and Kubernetes; and implement observability, SLOs, and alerting. Diagnose customer issues end to end, prevent recurring incidents, and collaborate with frontend and research teams to deliver reliable production features.

Build end-to-end features across frontend and backend for the Mem0 platform using Next.js and Python. Design APIs, UIs, backend services, and data models; optimize performance and reliability; write tests and operate production systems; collaborate with design, research, and customers to deliver scalable AI memory product experiences.

Embed with strategic customers to integrate Mem0 memory APIs into AI agents, prototype and productionize custom solutions, own technical relationships, troubleshoot production issues, build reusable tooling and reference implementations, and translate field learnings into product and research roadmap input.
