The Chief Operating Officer will lead multi-location law firm operations, including process standardization, legal production capacity, financial performance, cross-functional coordination, facilities, procurement, and vendor management. Reporting to the CEO, the COO will manage office and department leaders, improve workflows through automation, monitor utilization and profitability KPIs, oversee infrastructure, and drive scalable execution across the firm.

Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations, conduct legal research, draft pleadings and other legal documents, communicate with clients and opposing counsel, manage caseloads and deadlines, develop legal strategies, and maintain knowledge of applicable laws and procedures.
