Lead end-to-end product design: research, prototyping, UI and interaction design, design systems, and usability testing. Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and content to create simple, elegant experiences for global users and drive product strategy from concept to launch.

Manage strategic growth and retention of top-tier accounts by building relationships, guiding adoption, monitoring health signals, removing friction, executing sales methodologies, and surfacing customer feedback to cross-functional teams to drive retention and expansion.
