Own and grow relationships with banks, fintechs, processors, and networks; support partner integrations and onboarding; scope and negotiate new partnership opportunities; drive product performance, operational excellence, and cross-functional alignment to enable money-movement products.

Lead strategic partnerships to embed and scale Melio's B2B payments platform. Develop business cases, define business and technical requirements, prioritize features using data, and coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, sales, operations) to deliver integrated, high-quality payment experiences and drive partner adoption and growth.

Handle frontline fraud decisioning and escalations, complete Zendesk tickets and written communications, communicate with customers by phone for account recovery, maintain KPIs, collaborate cross-functionally, and contribute to squad projects and new initiatives to protect the payments platform.
