Leads IT program delivery for DOE/NNSA enterprise applications, overseeing schedules, budgets, resources, scope, Agile execution, stakeholder coordination, performance reporting, cybersecurity and cloud integration, compliance documentation, and corrective action planning. The role manages cross-functional technical teams and communicates project status and recommendations to federal clients. It requires extensive IT project management experience, DOE/NNSA program support, an active DOE Q or equivalent clearance, and U.S. citizenship.

Develops software solutions by interpreting requirements and creating code, databases, and user interfaces. Supports requirements definition, acceptance criteria, business requirements documentation, and Agile team processes while following security and CMMI requirements. Requires an active DOE Q or Top Secret clearance and eligibility to obtain SCI access. The position is full-time in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and contingent upon contract award.

Develop technical solutions using programming code, databases, and user interfaces; interpret requirements; document business requirements; ensure acceptance criteria are understood; and follow DOE security and process requirements. The role requires Agile experience, CMMI knowledge, strong communication and critical-thinking skills, and an active DOE Q or Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain SCI.
