Assists with daily cost control and validation across restaurants, bars, cafes, spa, retail, and other non-gaming operations. Reviews purchasing transactions, inventory transfers, recipes, menu costs, margins, sales reports, and stock levels using BirchStreet and Infrasys. Supports month-end processes, inventory spot checks, monthly stocktakes, cost-of-sales accuracy, reporting, and ad hoc management tasks.

Monitors casino premises to protect customers, employees, and company property. Performs patrols, access control, crowd monitoring, emergency and alarm response, conflict management, VIP support, baggage control, and valuables escorting. Operates basic security equipment, maintains building familiarity, supports evacuation procedures, and collaborates with departments. Requires Greek and English fluency, strong integrity, customer service skills, teamwork, discretion, and availability for 24/7 shift work.

Manage accounts receivable for hotel, F&B, entertainment and mall tenants: post receipts, audit and reconcile card/QR transactions, prepare invoice support, follow up outstanding payments, reconcile balance sheet accounts, file documents, handle enquiries, and assist with ad hoc reporting.
