Delivers onboarding, technical, product, and service training; evaluates competency; maintains training and certification records; supports scheduling, retail initiatives, audits, inspections, and continuous improvement. Oversees adherence to treatment protocols, health and safety requirements, hygiene standards, and brand expectations.

Supports global enterprise IT operations through database, ETL, and data warehouse administration. Responsibilities include monitoring, patching, performance tuning, backups, capacity planning, job scheduling, environment deployment, documentation, high availability, disaster recovery, and troubleshooting. The role also enforces database standards and operational procedures aligned with SOX, ISO, and ITIL requirements.
