Inspects finished garments for sewing and fabric defects, applies quality standards consistently, communicates issues to production staff, tracks production and repairs, re-inspects corrected garments, and supports product finishing and other manufacturing tasks. The role requires strong attention to detail, productivity, teamwork, adaptability, and clear professional communication in a busy manufacturing environment.

Operate industrial fabric-cutting equipment, inspect and roll out fabric for flaws, re-cut defective pieces, assist team members, maintain cutting area and inventory, perform basic machine maintenance, and follow production timelines.
