Support pre-sale and post-sale technical activities for pharmaceutical/biopharma manufacturing products: design and configure solutions, source and evaluate suppliers, develop URS/FRS/DDS, run feasibility testing, create proposals and quotations, coordinate implementation with internal teams and customers. On-site role in Camarillo, CA.

Owner of sales reporting, analytics, and incentive compensation administration. Develop dashboards and KPIs, manage sales performance metrics, administer commissions, support CRM and planning tools, improve master data, and document processes to optimize sales performance.
